CE offers a very complete tool but sometimes the tool is inflexible.

What do you like best? It offers a wall-to-wall tool for club management and has excellent customer service people. What do you dislike? Sometimes there are inflexibilities. For example, we can enter volunteers without trouble and can label the as inactive but we cannot delete them. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy access for group mailings and surveys.

A great and robust website platform with all the back-end administration needed for a club.

What do you like best? Having never done any html or website building, but some previous basic coding experience (15 years ago), the website building end is very simple and easy to use. Not only is it easy to make pages, but it's easy to make they consistent, professional looking, and interactive: very easy to add pictures, video, documents, etc. The front end is easy to use and look good. Club Express has helps us in so many ways including better organization for our club

What do you like best? The ease in which to use the system for registrations, payments, organization for our members and board members. We find the website to be quite restrictive in some of the tasks we would like to complete.

What do you like best? All Club Express staff have been helpful. We like the built in email list serve. What do you dislike? The many limitations to customize in ways that make sense to our members.
