Change can be very good.
What do you like best? The software is easily managed by non-professionals. We are non-profit groups who want to spend as little time as possible on spreadsheets. What do you dislike? Some times the interface between modules can be awkward. I have used Club Express for many years with www.ossc.org - EXCELLENT
What do you like best? Easy to use. Once we got Club Express set up, we were able to use it well and train other club members to use it too. So we are sharing the work load in our all volunteer club. Excellent Platform for Community and Membership Administration
What do you like best? The staff and support team at ClubExpress are wonderful to work with very responsive. We had them totally recreate our website using their various modules and it came out beautifully. The platform is well designed and not too difficult to learn. I think we made the right choice! What do you dislike? No complaints. Just making my way through the learning curve the first few months requires lots of time and experimentation but support is always there to help. ...

Club Express for a Ski Club
What do you like best? It does submit emails out to mass members when necessary. Stores member information. Allows for a web page for club use as well as public. What do you dislike? Does not allow bulk upload for information needed for our trip details. Good website to use, but...
What do you like best? As long as someone else is doing the programming and using the online editor to create documents and pages on a ClubExpress website, it is very easy for an ordinary person to use. What do you dislike? The new(ish) drag/drop element editor sucks hard-boiled ostrich eggs. I was very happy with the old one where one could insert images within the text, but now that's just not possible. It's above/below the text or not at all. Period. Plus the variety of fonts has ...

Positive communication and support from a great staff!
What do you like best? I like the one-in-all features. You've got a membership database that links to events and also links to a non member database and let's get excited about the financial connection with QuickBooks. It makes my job as a single staff for a medium sized association much more efficient and productive! What do you dislike? Rotary Club Express
What do you like best? Easy to make club payments for dues, outings, holiday meals and functions. What do you dislike? Difficult to create a new activity that is different in the calendar system for a function that may be out of the ordinary such as a fundraiser instead of a dinner party. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Again, it makes it easy to make payments via credit card rather than a check.

Good for clubs, but has a couple of issues
What do you like best? Love the ability for club members to pay dues online, sign up for events online, and place their own classifieds. What do you dislike? No automated waitlist for events. This is my biggest gripe. We should be able to have a waitlist for events and have those on the waitlist (in order) be placed automatically into the attending section as members delete their registrations. What do you like best? The most useful functions for us as a non-profit volunteer organization are the calendar and events page, registration tracking, and payment tools. What do you like best? Not bad application for managing a yacht club. Lots of information (club info, membership, events, registrations, photos, videos, and sales) can be captured all in one application. What do you dislike?
