Anas, was absolutely incredible! I could not have asked for a better agent. Extremely helpful and lightning fast with resolving my issue. I'd say customer support is probably the best part of working with Cloudways. I had an issue with one of my sites, and their Cloud Engineer (Usman Rao), went above and beyond to help me figure out why my server's CPU usage was so high. Thank you!
