Patience and great knowledge!
I was connecte to Ahmed and he was so patient, understanding that I am non technical and he dint once make me feel like anything because I am non technical. He worked with through step buy step asking me to hold, and permission tome forward and then eventually helping me out til I was completely 100% satisfied!
