Cloudways always like doing more for customers, even the problem is not related with hosting.
I have dealed with many hosting suppliers, but i have to admit that you cloudways service is the best . Mostly, if there is problem not related with hosting, as most hosting supplier will not take a min to check the problem, but cloudways does the work. I always recommend my customers using cloudways Thank you Hamza from the Cloudways support!

Always great service.
Shariq really helped me out today... I had just had a competitor migrate a website, over to my hosting as a request from the client. However, I was left with a few issues. Shariq swooped in and saved my bacon. I've been using Cloudways since 2020, I could not be any more thankful for their service, I'll always use them for my WordPress websites, my clients love the speed of their website, and the support that Cloudways offers.

The Best Cloud Hosting & Support
Cloudways has been nothing but great since moving over all of our hosting servers. Amir assisted me quickly and went above and beyond to resolve a database-related query/issue I was experiencing. Any other support request is met with confidence and interest - I've never had any issues over the last year.

Fast: Both services and support, and awesome.
I love the speed of their servers and their support services. All my websites that would take 7 seconds to load in the previous hosting, now load in less than a second. Their chat support people are really great, helpful, and cooperative. Always solving problems. I'm so happy with their services.
