The absolute best!

Not trying to pick names here, but I was having issues with the "dad" of hosting so I was like, go away daddy go away I need better hosting! And behold, I found Cloudways! Jokes apart, they're the ABSOLUTE BEST literally and not even kidding, their support Engineers are TOP NOTCH! Been with them for 2 years now and thank God I switched over to them when I did. So grateful for their extremely reliable service and customer support. 10/10 always!

Top-tier chat support

Cloudways Chat support service is top-tier 5-star. Syeda answered my questions almost immediately and provided thorough information, much more comprehensive than I expected. She is a great service provider along with the rest of the team. Cloudways chat support is the main reason I stay with the host. I know that whenever I strike issues someone is there 24/7 to help me through it. I have 13 client sites running on Cloudways servers and it's a great experience.
