What do you like best? Easy. Very very easy to use, setup and maintain apps. My favourite feature would be the 2 step setup and your Github repo can be pulled. What do you like best? I like feeling free of cpanel. I loathe cpanel. Cloudways has its own control panel and once I got used to the way it's set up and its minimalism, I felt very comfortable. What do you like best? Fast support, Cloudways has a robust control panel that is easy to use, even for non-techs like myself. What do you dislike? When a ticket is escalated, it can take quite a while. Usually, I make sure support is handled in Live Chat when possible. The live chat techs are fast and on-target.
