Cloudways has been absolutely brilliant in helping me migrate my website over. Their response rates are excellent and really fast (even with the time difference). I just dealt with Owais. I'm super impressed with his handling of my issue. It was complicated for me to explain, involved many aspects so could lead to many avenues. He listened to me, was patient, understanding and didn't seem to jump to any conclusions that made us go around in circles. I really wanted to try Cloudways for all their functionality. I was using WPXhosting which is known as the fastest wordpress hosting. WPX has AMAZING chat support. If you have any issue, they fix it for you quickly.
