the hosting speed is FAST and the customer service is FAST and SUPER knowledgeable! I was having DNS problems and needed help installing my SSL etc and I had most of it configured and good to go with my wordpress but had something wrong where half the images on my website wouldn't load, they showed me how to fix it in less than a minute and I spent hours searching online the previous day. 5 star customer support that's why you pay a little extra vs getting your own server without any support ;)

Very userfriendly services
Very userfriendly services. I used Cloudaways for Magento 2 on Google Cloud Platform because when I have tried to build a Magento environment on GCP I have realized that needs a lot more knowledge of what I have. Cloudways framework give right that helps what I have needed and if remained some new question or problem helped me through chat or trouble ticketing system.

I was very frustrated with being passed…
I was very frustrated with being passed back and forth between GoDaddy and cloudways till 5 am. Finally I spoke with Muneeb at Cloudways that was not in a rush to get off the line. He had a lot of patience with me and regained my trust. Thank you Muneeb for your help. I understand the process much better now.
