Excellent Tech Support from Owais Javed at Cloudways
Yesterday, we removed CloudFlare as it was not playing well with an image optimization plugin that serves our images. We removed it and opted for the Cloudways CDN. After installing the Cloudways CDN and integrating it with WP-Rocket, the site broke. Within 20 minutes, Owais Javed - a Cloudways tech support representative - diagnosed the issues, resolved it, and provided detailed instructions on how to re-enable all the caching and how to configure WP-Rocket with their CDN. Good hosting service
What do you like best? Managed hosting with all the features I need to make changes as I deem fit. What do you dislike? It is expensive as you scale up and the processes are a little confusing for non-developers. Recommendations to others considering the product: Use it only if you have some background in tech. Awsome hosting
What do you like best? The customer service is great and you get a lot of effective help . The speed of my site became excellent What do you dislike? i did not face any issue and they did not help me with What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I just have few words to say, not only Cloudways is by far the best hosting service I came across (I have tried quite a few in the past) but what's more important to me is the technical support they provide I have never experience such a Support! the technicians and the engineers that they have are the best people I have worked with. they're prompt to answer and always very patient, since I'm not tech savvy at all this is very important to me. And a big thanks to Owais Javed.Thank you guys!!
