Very responsiveI was advised to switch to Cloudways hosting by my web designer. I had no idea what I was doing, and the Cloudways team helped me every step of the way. Even when I switched website templates, and no longer needed outside hosting, they helped me to cancel my service, and promptly refunded the unused amount in my account. They followed up to ensure satisfaction. THIS is customer service at it's best. Thank you, Cloudways team! You made me feel valued as a customer.

Very knowledgeable, patient, and quick to fix my issue as I was very frustrated being a noob to cloudways after my website developer had to to transfer my site to cloudways just before quitting. I've been using them for quite a few years now and their support has always been top noch! and I have tried multiple providers before. Their customer service is always available and usually can solve most problems quickly and if not they can scalate to speciallists.I recommend them.

Cloudways Managed Hosting is Excellent!

Cloudways Managed Hosting has been excellent! I was maxing out at my previous host (CPU seconds, inodes, etc) and was going to have to double what I was paying. I migrated my sites to Cloudways with the migrator plugin (about 28 wordpress installs). Now my main site has its own easily scalable cloud server, my smaller sites on another server. Superfast. Paying half what I would have had to spend on my previous host. I can stage sites, clone sites, clone servers. Love it!
