Best customer service ever!

I woke up at 4am this morning stressed. I needed to get my website up and running immediately but had many problems involving my previous host and situation. I would like to praise the work of Khawaja Hafeez who ended my suffering within minutes, fixing all of my problems and creating a loyal customer for life. Best customer service I have experienced in a long long time!

I've used Cloudways for three different businesses and still have yet to find another provider that offers a low cost, "all in one" server solution like they do. It's a huge advantage that you can choose the infrastructure provider (and geographic location) without having to sign up for your own separate account. What do you like best? Servers speed and fast support via chat. What do you dislike? Affiliate support. They don't reply emails, no support. Recommendations to others considering the product: Use it to your servers but don't try their affiliate program. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have no problems with Cloudways services.
