What do you like best? Easy, good value and support is brilliant. I looked at 8 other providers and cloudways by far the best value. What do you dislike? Extremely fast and reliable hosting and support
What do you like best? The load time of the servers, the support and the interface What do you dislike? The pricing of the hosting is a bit higher as compared to the same hosting from oem like gcloud or aws What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great for students, beginners and non techies.
What do you like best? Its simplicity ia great. To configure my php website in DigitalOcean was headache. Then I used Cloudways and took digitalocean, in minutes I setup my website. Performance is also very nice. CDN, Free SSL alo includes. What do you dislike? It doesn't give you server root access. For advanced users and learners, it won't allow to access you root. Major issues fixed
I have been dealing with major issues with the app on my server and it caused me to lose SEO rankings. I opened a live chat and got on to talk to ShahbazTechnical Engineer. Now, this technical engineer helped me and we resolved a weeks worth of issues in just 20 minutes. my rating is 20/10
