What do you like best? Their fast service and support, they always go above and beyond to answer a question. What do you dislike? It'd be cool if they had an option to have free emails and buy a domain, like Siteground. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Perfect service with Cloudways, never had any issues

What do you like best? How simple it is to set up applications and manage server settings etc. What do you dislike? The UI can be a bit slow at times, and would like to be able to edit other applications while application changes are happening (they do seem to be quite slow as well) Recommendations to others considering the product: Do it!
