Our agency is new to Cloudways
Our agency is new to Cloudways, but we have had great support since our migration to their hosting services. We've moved from a WHM and cPanel provider and getting us up to speed on the Cloudways admin panel has been great. Thanks to Cloudways for your support of our agency.

Shaikh = Awesome!
Shaikh turned out to be great. After hours and hours ad hours of problems going live. I was frustrated, discouraged, disgusted, and ready to cancel my account with Cloudways! I told Shaikh this with all the frustration I was feeling. He never wavered in providing friendly customer service. AND he did not give up on me -- even though I was ready to give on him and Cloudways! Thanks for your persistence, Shaikh!

Cloudways Makes VPS's Management Simple
What do you like best? The built-in WordPress environments are great, scalable and it has a lot of extra features to get you (or client sites) up and running. What do you dislike? I have problems with Disk inodes and support just cleaned them for me with no real understanding as to what was creating the problem.
