Great speed, features, knowledgebase, dashboard, UX and fast, expert support. Very happy!
What do you like best? I'm a front-end person and the expert support has really made the difference. Friendly engineers are on hand and they help me solve problems fast. Many hosts now have call-centre support who take ages to read through decision trees and docs. What do you dislike? Ease of Use and Peace of Mind
What do you like best? Their server stack is highly optimized and tuned for WordPress. I recently moved a large client to their platform (Digital Ocean backend) and the migration was flawless! The site's loading time was greatly improved and my client is very happy as they are soon courting investors. The recent addition of Bot Protection is another standout feature. I migrated from HostGator to Cloudways
I migrated from HostGator to Cloudways, and its the best decision that I ever made. The support is amazing, open a ticket is super eassy, even tho you don't have a "cpanel", you can access to every option in this cloud hosting even easier. This is the best hosting i've ever had. I've been working on webiste development for 7 years now, and Cloudways is a blast.

I'm Happy with the Support I'm getting…
I'm Happy with the Support I'm getting from Cloud-ways Team. After using go daddy services for 12 years, I moved to Cloudways recently and I must admit that you guys are far ahead of go daddy type service providers. I promise not to return to godaddy for their pathetic support service which caused losses to my business.
