Cloudways is truly professional
Cloudways is truly professional. My recent experience with the support agent Ovais Hussain was another instance of that. He was courteous, prompt and highly professional as he answered my questions regarding a billing issue. Every interaction I have had with Cloudways personnel has been excellent.

Awesome Support and Performance
It has been two weeks since I have migrated to Cloudways. I am new to website hosting and it was daunting moving to a more technical host but Cloudways Agent made me feel comfortable and provided excellent support to get my websites migrated and performing 300% better than by previous host.

Stay away from these fraudsters
Stay away from these fraudsters! I was only a week or so late and they canceled my account. In this time Google de-indexed my website. After this they kept charging me but my website was not even live anymore. Now I wanted to cancel my subscription and they are asking me to pay all my previous invoices. Pay for what? For hurting my site in SERPS?WORST COMPANY EVER!!! STAY AWAY!!
