Excellent Support Team
What do you like best? Cloudways Support team always supports any problems you may have at literally any time of day. I was told you have to be quite tech knowledgable to be able to use Cloudways and that its not for beginners. While I'm not a beginner, I can absolutely see anyone using cloudways services equally as the Support engineers will always hold your hand through anything you need. What do you dislike? Did you ever read the 5 stars reviews here in Trustpilot for Cloudways? Just take a look.. they are all giving thank you to the same person.. how can be possible? The same person cannot be everywhere, don't you think? If this person is everywhere, maybe it's just a fake name for user Agents.. as John Doe speaking with all customers!..
