I'm new to Cloudways, very happy with the service so far. It's a little more technical than I'm used to but the support staff like Rameez are making the transition to cloud hosting easy.

I've come across Cloudways on few occasions but upon looking at the website I thought they just resell other VPS providers and thats about it. I came across it again and decided to open an account after which migrated my wordpress over to them via the cloudways plugin which allowed me to just migrate website without much trouble. Website down regularly, Bot Protection locking out our customers, regular DDOS attacks, insufficient support, CPU problems

We have moved from WPEngine to Cloudways a couple of months ago and our experience has been extremely frustrating and so far cost us lots of customers.Our website is down a few times a week and this week we had a radio interview which resulted in 60 concurrent users on our site which brought it down immediately and cost us all these potential new customers. 60!!
