Customer service is in the Clouds
I had a website hosted with Cloudways for a couple of years. Because of COVID-19 we had to temporarily stop. Now that I’m trying to reinstate things, I have spent weeks trying to call and email any point of contact I can find and have still had zero response. The customer service seems to be as much in the clouds as their name suggests.

Using for 11 months and happy!
We have been using Cloudways for hosting since the beginning of 2020. So far we are very happy. Great speed, easy to use dashboard, customer support is great!

Ovais Hussain over at Cloudways helped me fix an issue with my client's account super quickly. I was really worried I'd have an issue changing the email since they lost access to the old account, but he got it all sorted out in just a few minutes. Really happy with how easy and fast it was.

Cloudways makes my life so easy
What do you like best? The fact that Cloudways makes my website work at optimal speed for a token and still give referral bonuses of up to $20 is really cool and encouraging. I can always relax to know my issues are fixed with their technical support anytime. They also have several options of cloud services and I get to choose which one best fits my current needs.
