Absolute first class service as always

Absolute first class service as always. Spent 1 hour on support tonight, not with issues but with Hamza Humayun providing advice and ideas for our websites and security etc. At no point did they suggest to end the chat, truly caring and supportive customer service!

Great support with setup

I just set up my account and have been very impressed so far. I had a little hiccup with my credit card not authorizing the initial payment, but support cleared it up quickly.

I have been very shocked by my negative experience with Cloudways. I did over a months research before choosing Cloudways as the best host for my newly launched news website. The initial transfer was stressful but customer services were very helpful and supportive.After three weeks I decided to transfer in three more websites (two unused). What do you like best? They have a very good quality and easy to use. We were using for years another service provider for this job and after very time researching for a change, we came to Cloudways, after tested a lot more of hosting provider. Cloudways is the worst server host I've ever dealt with. Their engineers create more problems than they can solve. It is based in Pakistan. I run an online business and lost many thousands in revenue using their servers from constant crashes and downtime. They blocked all facebook traffic thinking they were optimizing my sites then couldnt fix what they did and ultimately blocked all my sites with 403 forbidden errors to everyone.
