I recently plan to create my marketing…
I recently plan to create my marketing webpage and was looking at cloudways. I initially faced problems with the upload of theme purchased from themeforest and was thinking of switching over. Then I got into online chat support and a big shout out at "Hamza Humayun" who made things work for me. His help made a big impact on making the decision to stay back with cloudways. Thank you Hamza.

I recently migrated over to Cloudways
I recently migrated over to Cloudways, and the process was seamless. So far, I've been impressed with the server options, performance and online support. Special shoutout to Ovais Hussain who helped me get started. Highly recommended.

Very poor customer service from Cloudways
Because of issues I ended up paying for 2 months but never was able to use the server. Then contacted the chat support to try one last try... I experienced very poor service. I know it's cheaper for Cloudways to hire Indian people for the chat but if they can't solve issues then what is the point? I don't recommend using Cloudways.

Shared to CloudWays
I was using shared hosting then I migrate my websites to CloudWays & believe me. Now my sites are loading fast, Ranking better & Easy to manage my VPS.

Customer Support was on point
The customer service support was very quick and prompt in me getting set up to use cloudways along with a discount code that I wanted perfect!!This is the billing team department that helped me.
