Cloudways is such an awesome company if you want don't want the hassle of building your server or want support when things go wrong. I have been with them since 2017 and have 6 servers with them. Support response times are great - at times their chat support team can be a little bit junior in their knowledge which can be frustrating at times when at times I feel a bit more knowledgeable about the the server problem - however at other times they can be fantastic. Absolutely love this company
Absolutely love this company. Changed from Bluehost (which gave me all kinds of issues) and haven't had a single issue since changing to Cloudways. Their support is always helpful and quick to respond as well anytime which is a nice perk. Best host I've ever used.

Cloudways has set the bar for hosting.
Cloudways has set the bar for hosting. I have a web development company and have used most of the other hosting providers over the last 13 years and Cloudways sets the new standard. It's unquestionably the fastest hosting I've ever used, and the options to add email and other services - all at a very reasonable rate, really set their system apart. The scalability is fantastic, so as a SAAS we built requires more resources, we can accomodate with a simple click. I highly recommend Cloudways

Rameez Yar Khan and Cloudways are the best!
I had an issue with my ecommerce site after I had migrated to a new server. I could not resolve it even after a few days. However, Cloudways Cloud Engineer, Rameez Yar Khan was extremely knowledgeable and went beyond what was required to fix my issue. Thanks Rameez! Excellent Cloudways support.
