Worst hosting company. Support are incompetent imbeciles.

I moved a few sites over to Cloudways back in June after a friend recommended them over Kinsta. This has been the biggest regret in my life, even bigger than not buying Amazon shares in ’99.I DO NOT recommend them as their support are the most incompetent imbeciles I have ever dealt with in my life. Excellent support and price performance

Amazing speed, good price, and excellent support. I've heard rumors that support isn't that great but I need to say I had 0 problems with their support. Now it can get a bit technical, but they always respond within minutes and are very helpful.

I went with a lot of vendors. Bluehost, Dreamhost, Kinsta... And in the end I chose Cloudways based on price and quality

Cloudways platform is extremely easy to use and powerful at the same time. I have always been a huge fan of cPanel and always felt this was needed on a server but after using Cloudways I have changed my opinion on this.Cloudways whilst not the cheapest offers the best value for money in my opinion.Only place I think they could improve a little is support. We made the switch from Bluehost to Cloudways and just couldn't have made a better call. Our site was constantly crashing with Bluehost and their support was utterly useless in helping us diagnose the issue. In the end, we had to figure it out ourselves and eventually discovered it was a mix of too much traffic with just not enough dedicated server space etc.As soon as we migrated to Cloudways our site speed improved by such a huge amount it was just wild - we'd previously been on Shopify ...
