This is getting worse and worse (I'll keep updating)

Fantastic. Overall very pleased. FAST. Customer service is very knowledgeable. I like that I can chat with them in real time. I ask a lot of questions as I am brand new to this and have only been on cpanel-based hosting platforms until now, so this whole setup is very new. Two of the reps I've talked to today, Fatima and Muhammad, have really been exceptional and make me feel good about my decision to move my business here.UPDATE: I'm starting to see what some of the other reviews are ...

Let down before I started

Well what can I say, after looking to move a website to cloudways I thought it would be easy, looking at reviews I thought I could be on to a winner.Sadly not!After installing their migration plugin to my Wordpress website and using it to move over so I can test their service I found that it wouldn't load all my shortcodes.After trying the plugin for 4 times we had the same issue.
