Website is 5x faster. Customer support is 10/10.
Migrated to Cloudways from Hostgator. Website loads 5x faster (not kidding). Had a few teething problems with getting everything setup. But the support literally responded within 1 minute, then proceeded to sort everything out for me.ALSO - The server control panel has excellent UI and UX design. I am so relieved to be rid of CPanel's bum ass, 1995 looking interface.Mind = Blown.

"Best Interface and Support"
What do you like best about Cloudways? The interface makes setup quite easy, fast and intuitive. When I do have questions the chat support has been pretty solid and helped me make fast decisions. Scalability is a nice feature.
