Great services for anyone who is non-technical or don’t have time

They offer a good services, a bit expensive, but it saves you from the hassle of having to do deal directly with linode / digitalocean etc. if you are not a technical person or you simply don't have time for that. The administration panel is simple and intuitive. The only thing that annoyed me, was the verification process, after sign up.

Quickly respond with empathy to customer.

I love the way that Cloudways take care us. Quickly response, but read about our problem before ask. My issues today have many participant. Ovais (Karachi, Pakistan) have to waiting for me to check that mail, click that activate link, transfer that server, blah blah blah but he still calm and try to explain. I hope Cloudways will take care your service hero for good.

What do you like best about Cloudways? My old cloud colocated hosting became unbearably slow, and regular contact with support couldn't solve it. The solution to upgrade with the same host was too expensive. I did some research and Cloudways offered more powerful servers for half the price of my old hosting. With a free trial. No credit card info asked. I did try, and my sites were flying instead of throwing 500 errors all the time. I moved everything even before the trial period was up. ...

This is my first time doing blogging and someone recommended Bluehost to me as it's cheaper and got free domain name. Yes, if you compare pricing and Cloudways will be on the expensive side. But in the long run, Cloudways give you more choices/control to suit your needs and customer service are very responsive.
