VIP Treatment Even for Smaller Customers
The Cloudways team always answers my questions quickly and accurately. Even though our site isn't the biggest I always feel like we're treated like a first class customer. I've hosted bigger projects on other platforms and have never gotten anything but an automated "thanks for your $$$" email from them. Cloudways provides us with an account manager who actually seems to care about our success.

"Cloudways Managed Website Hosting"
What do you like best about Cloudways? We moved from a standard VPS hosting platform where we had to manage all the server stack elements ourselves to Cloudways where we just add servers from our chosen provider, deploy apps and get on with the rest of our day. Cloudways has a feature-rich platform and an excellent responsive support team.

I've using Cloudways for a month until…
I've using Cloudways for a month until now. I haven't had any problem yet. At first, I haven't had authorize my Billing Information with my MasterCard, and there was a problem that it wasn't acceptable. At that time my trial period ended and my server stopped. But I thank the support team for their support in resolving the payment method issue. In addition, I was helped with restoring my site backup as if nothing had happened. What do you like best about Cloudways? The speed is why I moved to Cloudways, and I was sick of hacked sites. I also like that I can create different "servers" around the world since I deal with clients in various countries.
