I have been Cloudways' client for several years. I have also been using both their advanced support package and the normal support package. Their 24/7 chat support is the reason I keep using their service. Using Cloudways' system I don't need to hire server professional and still get extremely quick servers. Their admin panel is superb. A huge fan of Cloudways!
A huge fan of cloudways. Out of all the hosting companies I have used and I have used a lot, they stand out amongst all, for the speed, uptime, support staff, user interface, security and options available - especially if you're running a business that needs a lot of resources and an individual server. Support is always very quick and helpful - Aman in particular who I seem to meet a few times when I have problems : ) Again - would highly recommend as they as my favourite hosting provider.
