Rafia was amazing
Rafia was amazing! Patient, Attentive , understanding and wouldn't let me give up. She was with me for over 4 hours trying to resolve the issue and SHE DID! I wish I could tip her somehow

I sincerely say that Cloudways is the best hosting company you can find on Earth. Fantastic Support
My agency has been using Cloudways for many years. The service is easy to use and very reliable. The support is fantastic! I rarely need help from the support staff, but when I do, I am continually amazed at how quick and thorough they are.

Wouldn't Choose Another Provider
Wouldn't choose another provider. Very happy with cloudways, I have been using them for years for hosting mine and my clients' websites. Support is great and whenever I have had to use it, they have helped me very quickly and efficiently. Decent pricing for the speed benefit of a dedicated server, if you're currently using a low-cost hosting solution for a wordpress site, give cloudways a go on any of their server options and you won't look back - speed difference for back-end WP and ...
