i contacted support and they answered me immediately and hamza a very kind assistant offered me help with all my problems and not only that he also explains what was wrong and in addition to that he showed every details on how i can fix that kind of problems next time so i'm really more than satisfied with the assistance they offered thank you cloudways and thanks hamza
