"Great App!!"

What do you like best about CloudTalk? Cloudtalk is very user friendly. Very good audio quality, easy to use. The dashboard is great! All calls are tracked and recorded what makes it easy in case you need to retrieve any information.

Excellent Tool

It is been more than 6 months using this tool, everything has been working great. Call Monitoring for internal testing. Integration with Salesforce is smooth as well we can send messages.

CloudTalk easy to use

A very easy to use software and yet very efficient. We are using it on a daily basis without any issues. Also, their support is very quick, helpful, and open to suggestions. They are adjusting everything as per our needs.

I like the Cloudtalk app mostly

I like the Cloudtalk app mostly, it is easy to dial the numbers and the app gives me an impression my cell phone call keypad. The color is also well-chosen. It soothes the eyes and I can easily catch the important and necessary tools at one glance.I have been using Cloudtalk since last January and I really like it. Great product and value for money

Great product, easy to use and to handle. Works fine and scales easily. Mobile app is sometimes somewhat unstable and integration with Hubspot is not always smooth, therefore only 4 stars. Otherwise really great product and we are very satisfied with cloudtalk.

"Excellent VOIP solution for business with all the features we need to use with Pipedrive"

What do you like best about CloudTalk? I like that it works well with Pipedrive keeping our contacts organized and allowing us to set up a channel answering service. The call recording feature is great and we use it daily to keep track of information and leads. Also has a great and responsive support team that is always able to help us.
