PROS: I love that it is so easy to use. And there is a whole team always there to help you which I think is the most important thing these days. CONS: I did not find anything that would be problematic yet.

Got banned with no reason + Poor customer service

They banned me in the service because I've got different IP addresses for my domain and for my registration. Of course, cause my webmaster is from another country! All answers from technical support were like from robots. They just copy-paste answers and didn't care about what happened at all!

User-friendly interface, very easy to manage, many useful features!

PROS: Great user interface, very easy to navigate and track, definitely boost our working efficiency CONS: We didn't find anything really problematic

User friendly

PROS: It is very intuitive. We had no problems with integration of CloudTalk. The whole process was very smooth and easy. Even when we had questions customer support was always ready to help. CONS: So far none.

Great Phone Integration for HubSpot…

Great Phone Integration for HubSpot Users Coming from a background that has had to do complicated dialer-integrations with other CRM's, I've really enjoyed the ease of use with CloudTalk. It's very 'plug and play' (as far as third-party apps go). You don't need to register numbers with Twilio, you don't need to copy pieces of an API to make the UI do what you need... you really just add it from the marketplace, and it works. Happy user of Cloudtalk. Great software.

Have worked in some companies in my career but from recently I start using Cloudtalk and I bet that I didn't have such an amazing experience like I'm having with Cloudtalk. So far to me, it's totally lag free when I use it in my system but would like to recommend them to have a new update of their android application version. The customer service team is amazingly responsive and go ahead and beyond for their service. I'm a happy user of Cloudtalk. Thank you!
