Really great services but a bit expensive for our volume

PROS: UI and connectivity. The best part of Cloudtalk was the we didn't have to train new users to adopt it. They knew what to do. CONS: Pricing - We call in multiple countries and the pricing in EU is a bit higher when compared with other providers.

"Lots of features, too many issues"

What do you like best about CloudTalk? I feel a bit sad writing this review but firstly I want to say as a tech business owner I do understand how difficult it can be to find a balance between releasing killer features and stability of product.

Simple, effective

PROS: Speed it loads very quickly and very efficiently this service saves me a lot of time instead of having to use the office phone. CONS: sometimes calls can drop but thats very few times.
