Highly recommend this tool for your business!
PROS: Having CloudTalk was a huge step forward for our company. It totally changed the way we interact with our clients. It is handy because of the integration with other apps on the market, such as pipedrive. CONS: So far no problems with the service

Don’t waste your time and money.
Don’t waste your time and money.Did a self setup, paid for a number - then it doesn’t ring. Chat to support who were unhelpful would not call me? Going back to aircall. Now trying to get a refund. Simple issue, the phone number doesn’t ring. The support doesn’t listen. I tried to call them and I’m a new user - because I’m not pro they won’t help? "Was easy to implement and straight forward"
What do you like best about CloudTalk? It's very easy to work with, the overview of the program is given. Basically once it is set, it's hard to do anything wrong. I liked that when it is integrated with Pipedrive you can record and call right away with not much fuzz around it. So I would call it efficient in my workflow, and it does allow me to streamline the whole process.

Customer service just as I needed
PROS: The environment of CloudTalk is user friendly and the the customer support is very capable and responsive. Furthermore, the pricing is set properly to the service you get. CONS: I do not see any problematic aspects so far.
