Wonderful Experience
PROS: The dashboard is my favorite part of the product. It makes tracking your stats much easier and the recording aspects are great for training and reviewing your past calls. CONS: The main issue we have had is the inconsistency of the recordings. Some of our users have noticed it records both sides of the conversations while others have said it only records one sided.

This is a scam
This is a scam, they have taken annual payment without my consent and I was told it can't be refunded since their system does not support refunds. After a few days, they are saying that I have an annual subscription. Be careful with providing your bank card details and I have instructed the bank to block the payments from this company.

sucks - dont use.
Looks good. But after signup and porting my number, were told we don't get voicemail or texting unless we upgrade. Ok whatever upgrade us. Currently going on 10 days and still no upgrade. They suck. Google voice is better.

Highly recommend this tool for your business!
PROS: Having CloudTalk was a huge step forward for our company. It totally changed the way we interact with our clients. It is handy because of the integration with other apps on the market, such as pipedrive. CONS: So far no problems with the service
