Pleasant experience

Pleasant experience, good to use, user friendly. Sales and support team are very responsive. However, will be good if there's further revision on the pricing which will help us in maintaining cost low for the long haul.

"Very nice layout, but missing some features"

What do you like best about CloudTalk? The layout of CloudTalk is the absolute winner. It is effortless to use, and you can purchase new phone numbers through the site and get them quickly. In my case, it only took a couple of hours to get my phone numbers set up and working. The platform comes with a nice app for windows, mac, and also mobile devices, which is great for some of our customer support agents who don't use a physical IP phone.

Wonderful Experience

PROS: The dashboard is my favorite part of the product. It makes tracking your stats much easier and the recording aspects are great for training and reviewing your past calls. CONS: The main issue we have had is the inconsistency of the recordings. Some of our users have noticed it records both sides of the conversations while others have said it only records one sided.
