"Marketing Team Promises More Than Product Can Deliver"
What do you like best about CloudTalk? The soft phone app seems like a great idea, and their IVR menu layout is one of the better ones available on the market.

Very Convenient
PROS: -Easy to use -Can be used with other applications CONS: -When the internet gets disconnected, it stops working even after sorting out the connection. You have to restart it.

Looks good from a distance, but they're a mess internally
Cloudtalk is a young system that promises more than it can deliver. They offer apps for all sorts of connection points, and integrated systems for automation... but once you get signed up, you learn that most of it is beta software and it's SUPER glitchy. The marketing team is propping up a half-built software system. The iPhone and Desktop apps do not work reliably (if-at-all). The Phone app cannot transfer calls or take SMS messages properly. Excellent software for businesses
PROS: You can set up a call center from anywhere in the world and connect your business in an easy way to reach customers and, with it, increase sales. CONS: Pricing can improve. The basic package is cheap for one user but there should be some discount when you purchase the software for 2-3 users at the same time.

This service is a joke
This service is a joke. Sold us on all the normal services you get with a phone number, however your voicemail you cannot make your own message. So we asked to upgrade. These aholes after 4 weeks were still unable to. After further research they resell twillio service. We cancelled and asked for a full refund. they refused and continue to charge us. Dont use cloudtalk. Horrible service and horrible support.

Pleasant experience
Pleasant experience, good to use, user friendly. Sales and support team are very responsive. However, will be good if there's further revision on the pricing which will help us in maintaining cost low for the long haul.
