Intuitive and saving time tool

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The system is very easy to use so you do not have to spend a lot of time to explain it for new people in your team, I would say that it is a real-time saver for my company and definitely worth the money.

"Buy cheap, buy twice - avoid at all costs"

What do you like best about CloudTalk? The concept is great, an internet based call center and phone management system is a fantastic idea on paper. The ability to use employees phones to route incoming calls would allow a company to operate around the clock across different geographic regions.

One of the worst decisions of my life

We signed up to cloudtalk as we were having an issue with another cloud phone system. Cloudtalk make the issues with the previous company seem like a relaxing massage on a beach - the service literally only calls the phones half of the time and the support does not care. We are moving back to fixed line phones and would recommend you do the same as the internet voip services like this for businesses are just not good enough yet if you're not a super big customers that they are actually ...

What do you like best about CloudTalk? The way they set up the overall experience from the beginning is just great. It will walk you through all functions in just a few steps and the layout is very nice and clean. It's super easy to learn. Sound quality is great and the amount of integrations covers all major tools and they seem to keep adding more of them all the time.

Weak system - better in the market. Very tough contracts for customers

Good sales process, the system integrates into our CRM and records calls - which is great. But then the app is glitchy and we missed so many inbound calls. This was really tough. In the end we left with many months left in our annual contract. So we lost this money. Then the company went ahead and took another years payment and the same day I requested a refund, as I believed the account was closed after porting our numbers. Stay away at all costs

There is absolutely no way that this company's ratings are legitimate ratings. The services is soo poor, so unusable, so expensive that I can only assume the good ratings must be fraud.
