Misleading pricing, Over priced and Harassment
Misleading pricing information from plans to call charges. They don’t state clearly which currency you’ll be billed in. They harass you to provide passports and personal documentation despite providing ample evidence of business legitimacy. Can’t find itemized call list and charge through the roof for calls. Cheaper to call from a landline. Don’t waste your money

Nice willing people on technical support
PROS: We are a new startup and work with a system like this was our very first experience. We were struggling with a few things during the implementation, but I was very surprised by the willingness of the people from the support. CONS: I would welcome a longer trial period - e.g. 30 days.

Intuitive and saving time tool
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The system is very easy to use so you do not have to spend a lot of time to explain it for new people in your team, I would say that it is a real-time saver for my company and definitely worth the money.
