Great for growing businesses
PROS: This app made my job a lot easier. I connected it with the CRM system and it works perfectly. Integration went smoothly, without any problems and it making calls easy. I´m using it without any problems. I recommend! CONS: The app is very intuitive and easy to use. Probably the only thing I would try to change is that this app has a higher price.

A great value for the money
We were looking for a telephony solution as a part of our Customer Support team. We have tried a number of apps and Cloudtalk has met most of our requirements. We disregarded other companies because some of them were not responsive during the trial period stating that their main focus is paying customer not the trial one.
