Cloud talk is part of the best
Cloud talk is part of the best. Cloud talk has been one of the best I've worked with within a variety of systems for calling, an overview of my team's calls. It gives easy access to make calling campaigns, an overview of call amounts across a team easy to manage and effective.

Excellent VOIP Product
PROS: Easy to onboard and setup, very competitive pricing. CONS: The dialler software was basic and had a few issues which the dev team are looking

Great caller solution with CRM integration
PROS: Seamless Hubspot integration Fast and easy configuration Clear UI Customisation options Reporting Value for your money Good support CONS: At the beginning of the pandemic, there was an issue with the call quality but it was fixed by the team, now all works well.

Great tool with useful integrations for call centers
PROS: I like when things go smoothly and this was the case! I must say it was really easy to proceed with the integration of CloudTalk with LiveAgent. It is unique to find a toll with such good support and documentation which was extremely helpful. Work with the call centre is very easy, the learning process of our agents was fast. The interface is very intuitive and user-friendly with modern design aspects. I can easily find everything I am looking for even when I was starting with this tool.

Calls with my clients from literally anywhere.
CloudTalk allows me to get inbound and outbound calls in the United States from Spain. 1 USA phone number + many minutes and a great platform make the $40 monthly payment ridiculous. Make sure you have a good internet connection and you can get and receive calls with your clients literally from anywhere.

They advertise they have an integration…
They advertise they have an integration with Pipedrive. I paid the plan and added the integration. It did not work. I've contact support 5 times in regards to the issue and tried to add integration again, delete and re-add and several items. After 4 contact they recognized something is wrong and "escalated" to their team to look. I have employees waiting to dial in telemarketing department and I can't afford to wait for them after several days. The feature does not work and therefore the ...

Request to Remove the Bad Review In Exchange for a Refund
In summary, I had several issues with Cloudtalk integration with Pipedrive. Customer service was trying to put the task on my to figure it out and reach Pipedrive support. Another voip solution we tested worked perfectly, so the problem was not in Pipedrive's end. I requested a refund because we can't stop the business to figure this out. We had to move to a solution that works. For my surprise, they are not ethical. They said they WOULD ONLY REFUND IN CASE I REMOVED MY BAD REVIEW. STAY ...

Great integration with HubSpot and easy to use
Easy way to connect with clients and internally with your team. I love the integration with HubSpot. Super easy to find contacts and lookup previous calls, notes while you are chatting with the individual. Perfect for record-keeping and improving on customer satisfaction calls.
