I like the speed dial feature that…

I like the speed dial feature that maximizes the number of phone calls you can make. I also find the dashboard features very useful as you can monitor how many dials, average duration, call time etc.

What do you like best about CloudTalk? Very simple and easy to use especially the speed dial option. It helps me make so many more calls than I'd usually be able to make.

"Streamlined/Improved Process"

What do you like best about CloudTalk? Easy to use interface. Flexible functionality and great support team when logging tickets. Very fast response and resolution time. Excellent dashboard functionality and able to view many different reports when refining search criteria of call history.

Great user experience

Great user experience, The Power Dialler has changed the way we conduct our business and its efficiency. The use of the Mobile App means that business can also now be conducted out of the office and has proven really useful under current circumstances.

Cloudtalk is great for sales

I have been using CloudTalk in my role as an Account Executive for Sales company since August 2021. This platform had enabled me to meet my KPI's more efficiently as there is speed dial feature which means I can make lots of phone calls in a short amount of time.
