"Superb product for startups"

What do you like best about CloudTalk? CloudTalk is super easy to set up and use afterwards. Using CloudTalk with Help Scout and Intercom took our customer experience to the next level. Integrations work as expected. They provide perfect customer support with onboarding help at the beginning. Feels like they value you as a customer.

Perfect phone system for startups. Easy to use with great customer support.

PROS: Easy to implement and use. Affordable for startup as well. Great customer support. Help us to save lots of times working to solve daily customer issues. CONS: To be honest, not a lot. There were few issues at the beginning, but they managed to solve it all rather quickly and smoothly.

Easiest phone system for your startup

Our main objective was to set up simple phone system for our startup to deal with increasing customer support time. We needed international numbers with other voice features. Very interesting to us were integrations with Intercom and Help Scout, which makes our lifes easier. Happy to use CloudTalk.

Best business phone system

CloudTalk is very easy to implement, almost every feature is only a few clicks away. I'm truly convinced that CloudTalk is awesome product and our business is really benefiting from using it. Great integrations, wide variety of international phone numbers and very responsive customer support. I would definitely recommend it.

PROS: The best on Cloudtalk is the ability to integrate with other tools you use. So, when a customer reaches out us I am able to see all of their account information right in Cloudtalk. CONS: There are no cons at this moment, does everything as we expected.
