Really helpful for our team
Great company to deal with. Quick personnal onboarding and super tech support. Intergration with Intercom was critical for our decision and CloudTalk makes the integration even better as we expected.

What do you like best about CloudTalk? Our company is using CloudTalk with Salesforce. We can service our customers in very professional way. Our team is spread accros the globe. I’m convinced that CloudTalk is perfect phone service.

Love it
I believe it's the easiest way to setup your own call center with many productivity features which we were looking for. Great benefit is that they offer dedicated onboarding specialist who will walk you through the whole implementation process and give you tips how setup CloudTalk to get most of it. Loved to talk to them.

Stable & Cost Effective
PROS: Great solution, super easy to use. High quality of calls, service and customer support for a reasonable price. CONS: Webphone doesn't work in Internet Explorer. You should use Chrome, or cloudtalk desktop app, it works well.

Best contact center solution
PROS: CloudTalk is in my opinion good value for money. It has nicely done phone features, simple UI which is easy to navigate, and various integrations which you can use without any coding knowledge. Customer support is also very good and responds pretty quickly.

Perfect phone system for startups. Easy to use with great customer support.
PROS: Easy to implement and use. Affordable for startup as well. Great customer support. Help us to save lots of times working to solve daily customer issues. CONS: To be honest, not a lot. There were few issues at the beginning, but they managed to solve it all rather quickly and smoothly.
