What do you like best about CloudTalk? CloudTalk is easy to use. After a few minutes I connect with helpdesk software which I use and I didn’t need any support. But customer support in CloudTalk is very helpful when I had a lot of question before register my account.

PROS: We tried a variety of tools to help us with our sales and customer service systems. We used SalesForce, FreshDesk and Google and then a separate phone system and calendar to manage our clients.
