Love it

I believe it's the easiest way to setup your own call center with many productivity features which we were looking for. Great benefit is that they offer dedicated onboarding specialist who will walk you through the whole implementation process and give you tips how setup CloudTalk to get most of it. Loved to talk to them.

Best contact center solution

PROS: CloudTalk is in my opinion good value for money. It has nicely done phone features, simple UI which is easy to navigate, and various integrations which you can use without any coding knowledge. Customer support is also very good and responds pretty quickly.

Stable & Cost Effective

PROS: Great solution, super easy to use. High quality of calls, service and customer support for a reasonable price. CONS: Webphone doesn't work in Internet Explorer. You should use Chrome, or cloudtalk desktop app, it works well.

"Superb product for startups"

What do you like best about CloudTalk? CloudTalk is super easy to set up and use afterwards. Using CloudTalk with Help Scout and Intercom took our customer experience to the next level. Integrations work as expected. They provide perfect customer support with onboarding help at the beginning. Feels like they value you as a customer.
