Freshdesk + CloudTalk works like a charm

I’ve been using freshdesk for ticketing and CloudTalk for it’s cloud phone system capabilities. The integration of CloudTalk and Freshdesk works perfectly and I can easily initiate calls, write notes, share contact details within the apps.. The online dashboard for reporting provides useful data about my call center representatives so I can easilly track SLAs, pickup times, queue times and all the necessary metrics.

CloudTalk improved our voice support

Efficient product

I highly recommend CloudTalk. They offer efficient product worth of money. Currently using features as personalized greetings , automated call redirection, blacklist of blocked phone number, real-time analytics. It is user-friendly and if the help is needed they are happy to assist you.

Senior product with young age

PROS: The best aspect is implementation of the product. It's extremely easy to setup Cloudtalk in 1 business day and include it into your company structure without actually sacrificing your time. CONS: Keep adding new integrations and features with same pace as for now. Other than that, all good!

Cloud phone system for modern business

PROS: The best benefit of CloudTalk is that it's aimed for modern businesses. Most of call center software solutions are dinosaurs and look like the first line of their code was written during Napoleon era. CONS: Even though the desktop is perfect, they do not have an iOS app yet. They claim to have it by end of Q3 2019 but who knows.
