Customer Chaos Turned Customer Service

PROS: We tried a variety of tools to help us with our sales and customer service systems. We used SalesForce, FreshDesk and Google and then a separate phone system and calendar to manage our clients. CloudTalk let us integrate our system so that anyone could access these things from a central system. It alleviated a lot of pressure to keep track of things then try to go find them.
