Best for Customer Service

PROS: Having CloudTalk was a huge burden removed from our old service. It's very easy to use, flexible features and good price. Customer support works also pretty good and responds quickly. CONS: Comparing with old service, we did not discover any negatives. Everything is perfect so far.

Vast amount of integrations meets the best customer support

PROS: CloudTalk should definitely be the core part of every business on the market (especially those seeking the customer centricity). Key benefits for us are the great amount of integrations, especially with help desk software such as LiveAgent, which we also use at the company and the wonderful customer support we got everytime we asked for it.
